Who we are
3M Packages is a custom printing and branding studio based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information you give us through this website.
Information we collect
When you use the quote form, the details you enter (name, company, optional email and WhatsApp number, country, delivery destination and order details) are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us. The website itself does not store them. Any artwork you send in the chat is received by us through WhatsApp. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proofs, produce and deliver your order, and keep records of our business. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to fulfil your order, for example with couriers for delivery, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics later we will use consent where required and update this page.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing habibnagariya8@gmail.com.
