Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to quotes, orders, artwork, proofs, production and delivery with 3M Packages.
Quotes and prices
Prices are discussed based on quality and quantity selection. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and may change if the specification, quantity or material changes.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy and rights of artwork you supply. We confirm the proof with you before printing, and printing begins only after your approval.
Production
We print and finish to the agreed specification. Slight colour variation between screen and print, and between batches, can occur on different materials.
Custom orders
Because items are made to your specification, custom orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where goods are faulty or not as approved.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times and charges depend on the destination and the shipping method agreed in your quote. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Faults and claims
Please check your order on receipt and contact us promptly with photographs of any fault so we can put it right.
